Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to provide strong administrative support for our InterpretersLive! on-demand video interpreting service. Working closely with our InterpretersLive! liaising with both hearing and D/deaf clients.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Full time office based in Redditch, Worcestershire. Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm.
* Provide full operational support for our InterpretersLive! service and client implementation for sales team
* Customer and Interpreter support
* Technical support for clients
* Onboard and maintain language service professional supply chain
* Reporting of management information data
* Manage, arrange and coordinate training requests
Qualifications
Essential skills/qualifications/experience:
* British Sign Language skills are preferred but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Good knowledge of IT and windows based applications
* Proactive
* Demonstrates leadership and management skills
