Join us as a OnePM Administrator & PCQ Digital Tools Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in enhancing project delivery excellence! You will be the go-to person for OnePM queries, leading license allocations, and coordinating tool enhancements with the Core Team and AGT OnePM community. Envision creating and implementing new processes and training while ensuring compliance with AGT-specific governance policies. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities to leverage digital tools, making a significant impact on efficiency within the Project Customer Quality and Project Execution teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact
2. You will serve as the point of contact for OnePM queries and support within AGT.
3. Handle license allocation and reactivation to ensure flawless access for users.
4. Work closely with the Main Team to prioritise tool improvements, data mapping, testing, and deployment.
5. Coordinate and maintain digital platforms that support the Project Customer Quality and project execution teams.
6. Engage with collaborators to ensure tools align with business needs and take part in workshops for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
7. You have experience in coordinating digital tools and platforms, particularly in project management contexts.
8. Strong presentation skills to effectively interact with different teams and collaborators.
9. A proactive mindset to assess and identify areas for improvement in tool usage and efficiency.
10. Familiarity with governance policies and compliance standards related to digital tools.
11. Experience in training and onboarding users to enhance digital tool adoption.
