Role Purpose
* Create, deliver, and own the pipeline to achieve divisional targets.
* Ensure project compliance with QHSE regulations and standards, exceeding industry standards where possible.
* Provide leadership and development for the project team.
* Build external relationships with clients and supply partners to deliver major projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Initiate and deliver project opportunities, including project delivery, sales, and P&L management.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.
* Identify opportunities within maintenance contracts to increase division turnover and profit.
* Develop a network of exceptional delivery partners.
* Manage risks associated with each project, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
* Maintain effective business communication and continually innovate project offerings.
Business Development
* Generate and secure new sales to meet financial targets.
* Manage bids, tenders, and proposals over $1.5m.
* Create a pipeline of long-term opportunities.
* Promote revenue growth through innovation and new technologies.
Building Relationships
* Develop relationships with current and potential clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Compliance & Safety
* Ensure adherence to project management and safety policies.
* Oversee health and safety files and compliance with CDM Regulations.
Financial Management
* Develop business and financial plans for revenue and profit.
* Manage monthly forecasts, P&L, and project margins.
* Ensure positive cash flow and timely invoicing.
People Management
* Lead and develop the project team.
* Implement training programs and recruit new team members.
