About You
Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will have the following skills and values:
* Caring nature.
* Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet Residents' needs.
* Experience in catering services in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
* Delivering prepared food from the kitchen to dining areas and serving meals in a friendly manner.
* Ensure refreshments are always available.
* Setting up tables, tidying work areas, and preparing food areas for the next service to maintain high hygiene standards.
Experience:
* Experience working in busy restaurants, hospitality, or catering is preferred.
* Good communication and customer service skills to serve visitors and elderly residents effectively.
* Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
