Field Account Manager (Trade & Industrial)
Based in our Showroom in Christchurch, in this field sales role you will manage an active portfolio of trade customers across the Canterbury region. Representing OfficeMax's full solutions range and working with our team of Specialists, you will use your commercial growth mindset to strategically create opportunities and build more efficiencies to support your customers.
Travel: Overnight travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and convert new sales opportunities
* Build effective relationships with multi-tiered engagement within your customers
* Develop and execute sales plans in alignment with OfficeMax's sales strategy
* Proactively manage and grow sales pipeline
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and knowledge experts to optimize portfolio performance
What You Will Bring
* 3-5 years experience selling within a B2B environment
* Successful record of developing strong business relationships
* Demonstrated experience in supplier and customer negotiations
* Track record of working in matrix team structures
* Commercial, logistics and problem‑solving skills
* Sustainability and HS&W champion
