The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Finance Associate Director should have:
3. Corporate Finance Experience - Significant experience in managing and executing corporate finance transactions, ideally at a senior or director level.
4. Professional Qualifications - ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications with a proven track record in the corporate finance sector.
