What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
* Leading, training, and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food
* Maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
* Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Collaborating with the management team to drive the restaurant’s success
* Creating a positive and motivating work environment in the kitchen
* Handling any kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team
* A passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-energy environment
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
