Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a professional, friendly approach and identify their service requirements
Clearly explain services, repairs, and technical work, ensuring customers fully understand the process and outcomes
Provide timely updates and follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Work closely with technicians and engineers to coordinate services, keeping both teams and customers aligned
Offer initial technical support, including triaging issues and escalating where necessary.Qualifications/Requirements:
A strong technical mindset, ideally supported by an electronics background
Proven track record in customer service, with experience coordinating or scheduling engineers highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, such as confident, clear, and empathetic, both in person and in writing
Highly organised, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a busy environment
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
