Schedule: Fulltime, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team – and right now we are looking to recruit for a Sales Advisor to join our team.
What You’ll Do As a Sales Advisor
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end sales journey, helping to grow membership while delivering excellent customer care. You’ll be both proactive and people-focused, ensuring every interaction creates trust and adds value.
* Drive membership sales by achieving monthly targets and supporting retention activities
* Welcome customers, handle enquiries and ensure every interaction is timely and professional
* Deliver engaging tours of the facility and convert visits into memberships
* Build relationships with local businesses and identify new opportunities for growth
* Support and deliver marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams
* Plan and attend outreach events to generate leads and raise local awareness
* Maintain accurate records and manage the membership database in line with procedures
* Work closely with gym colleagues to support renewals and ongoing member engagement
* Contribute ideas on industry trends and opportunities to help shape future growth

* Experience in a sales-focused role, with a track record of achieving targets
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Confidence working with numbers and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Strong conflict resolution skills and calm under pressure
