Technical Administrator Key Responsibilities, Skills, and Qualifications Overview An Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organisation by providing efficient administrative support. We are looking for an Administrator to work within our team on the A30/A35 DBFO, Rockbeare Exeter. Main Responsibilities ? Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal correspondence. ? Maintaining and updating electronic and paper filing systems for records, correspondence, and other documents. ? Scheduling, organising, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for staff members. ? Preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, and reports for meetings. ? Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and general office tasks as required. ? Managing office supplies and placing orders as necessary to ensure the workplace is well-stocked. ? Greeting visitors and providing support to guests and stakeholders. ? Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. ? Any other administrative tasks that may be required Key Skills and Competencies ? Excellent organisational and time management skills. ? Strong written and verbal communication abilities. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. ? Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks. ?
