An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Reception team. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing excellent front-of-house service. You will work closely with a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality customer service to face-to-face clients and students. The reception team also manages a professional telephone service for the College. This varied role offers many skill development opportunities, providing insight into the operational aspects of a large organization and the ability to respond effectively to a wide range of enquiries and situations.

This role is ideal for a responsible person with a mature outlook seeking to develop their career in a customer-facing role while gaining significant administrative skills and experience. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, results-driven, possess good communication skills, and be eager to enhance their customer service abilities to an outstanding level. The role promises variety, challenge, and great satisfaction as part of an excellent organization.

The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All employees will undergo a comprehensive screening process, including references from previous employers, health checks, right to work verification, an enhanced DBS check, and a check against the relevant barred list. To comply with legislation, a DBS check is mandatory for this role. Protocol National Ltd/Esafeguarding Ltd will conduct this process on our behalf.
