Salary: £26, - £28, (depending on experience)
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role
We're looking for a detailfocused and organised Team Administrator to join our Glasgow City Centre office. This is a varied and handson role where you'll support professional property teams by producing wellpresented reports, managing client information, and keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role would suit someone who enjoys technical document formatting, working accurately with systems and spreadsheets, and taking pride in producing highquality work.
What You'll Be Doing
Technical report & document support
6. Producing reports using templates and digital or handwritten dictation
7. Formatting reports to a high standard - ensuring layout, headings, tables and appendices are clear and consistent
8. Working with Excelbased templates where surveyors input technical content, and you ensure everything is presented correctly
9. Handling large volumes of photographs:
10. Resizing and compressing images
11. Inserting them into reports with correct headings and layout using Adobe
12. Supporting valuation and consultancy reports by checking structure, summaries and formatting
13. You won't be writing the technical content - your focus is presentation, accuracy and structure
Excel & systems work
14. Using Excel regularly for reports that contain paragraphs of text, tables and calculations
15. Formatting cells correctly and making basic edits to formulas (e.g. totals and checks)
16. Working confidently within existing templates rather than creating spreadsheets from scratch
Client Setup & Compliance
17. Setting up new clients and jobs on internal systems
18. Carrying out checks such as antimoney laundering and conflicts of interest
19. Performing due diligence using Companies House and credit checking tools
20. Helping raise fee notes, credit notes and process invoices
21. Supporting data accuracy across CRM and accounting systems (training provided)
Office & Admin Support
22. Diary management, including booking travel and accommodation
23. Preparing documents (binding, photocopying, formatting)
24. Keeping client files organised and auditready
25. Helping manage meeting room bookings in a busy office
Systems You'll Use
26. Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
27. Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail)
28. Adobe for document and image handling
29. CRM and accounting systems (Sage experience helpful, but full training provided)
About You
30. You have experience in an administrative or support role and enjoy working with detail
31. You're confident with document formatting and using Excel beyond basic data entry
32. You're organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling different tasks
33. You like working as part of a team and aren't afraid to ask questions
34. You're looking for a role that's structured, varied, and not repetitive
The Team
You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative team of around 25 people, supporting client work, reports, and data processes during a busy and exciting period for the business.
