Your Role:
As Project Manager, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring safe and successful delivery from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
* Planning: Develop project schedules, conduct site surveys, and prepare risk assessments and method statements.
* Resource Allocation: Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
* Project Delivery: Oversee execution, maintaining adherence to time, cost, and quality standards.
* Staff Management: Lead the project team, ensuring safety and quality are upheld.
* Budget Management: Oversee project finances, making adjustments as needed.
* Health & Safety: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all regulations.
* Quality Control: Keep accurate project records, meeting both client and company standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Proven track record in project management, especially in installation or construction.
* Skills: Strong planning, budgeting, and communication skills.
* Qualifications: Relevant certifications (CSCS, CDM, SMSTS, MAPM).
* Personal Attributes: Proactive, confident problem-solver with strong leadership skills.
Additional Information:
* Special Conditions: Flexibility for anti-social hours and frequent travel (overnight stays may be required).
