The role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work under the guidance of class teachers and SENCo to support pupils with additional educational needs (SEN) in a primary school setting (typically Key Stage 1 & 2). Support children either 1:1 or in small groups, adapting learning materials and activities to suit their needs. Monitor pupil progress, share feedback with the teacher/SENCo and help implement strategies to support learning, behaviour and wellbeing.
