The role…
We have an excellent opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team and help deliver exceptional, high-quality menus within our restaurant.
As Chef de Partie, you will confidently manage your own section, maintaining the high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation that our kitchen is known for. You will work closely with the senior chefs and contribute to a positive, professional kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have, a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Chef de Partie. Experience in a 1 Rosette (or similar) kitchen preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and a passion for fresh, seasonal food and high standards
