We are looking for a Parts/Reception Specialist to be the welcoming face and efficient backbone of our busy operation.

Scuffs is a reputable and growing automotive Accident repair shop, which is independent and family owned and operated. We are based in Nailsea on the outskirts of Bristol. We are committed to providing top-quality service and to our customers. We pride ourselves on a friendly, professional atmosphere and a team that supports each other.
The Role
As a Parts advisor/receptionist, you will play a crucial dual role in our company. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, while also managing the inventory and sales of essential parts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and check-in customers in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle general enquiries.
* Assisting with the handling of new incoming insurance claims management.
* Ordering and receiving of parts, stocking, tracking parts and manage inventory.
* Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
* Process parts sales, create invoices, and handle payments.
* Maintain an organised and clean reception area and parts counter. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
* Maintain excellent communication with customers regarding part availability, order status, and repair updates.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
* Ability to stand, sit, and lift moderately heavy objects as required for parts handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with automotive parts inventory
* Familiarity with AutoFlow bodyshop management system, but training will be given

* Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. By 1/3 Rota Saturday morning 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
