Overview
The Office Manager will play a pivotal role ensuring efficient processes, and supporting our team in delivering high-quality service. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of office management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. They will oversee the office management for both Global House and Ashley Centre. However, the role itself will be based in Global House.
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and suppliers
* Create, format, and manage documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Maintain accurate digital filing systems and store documentation securely
* Assist with project scheduling and general operations support as and when necessary
* Liaise with colleagues and customers in a professional, friendly manner
* Support the Management Team with general admin tasks
Required Skills & Experience
* Previous experience working in an office management role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Organised, detail-focused and able to multitask
* Positive, can-do attitude and approachable manner
* Comfortable speaking to clients and managing sensitive information
* Previous admin or PA experience is preferred but not essential if you're quick to learn
