Liberty Category Brand Manager – Women’s & Men’s Soft Accessories We’re looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team at Liberty, supporting the iconic scarves and soft accessories categories. If you’re someone who loves fashion and has worked across areas like merchandising and product—and you’re excited to help deliver beautiful collections to a global audience—this could be a great next step. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams across product, design, marketing, and sales to help bring each collection to life. You’ll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly—from product development to market launch—while making sure our business goals stay on track. What you’ll be doing: 1. Product Strategy & Commercial Execution Help put brand and product strategies into action by supporting detailed plans for pricing, assortment, and launches Work across teams to ensure timely product delivery and strong market performance Coordinate the execution of launches in collaboration with e-commerce, marketing, and sales teams 2. Collection Development & Planning Partner with the product and design teams to shape seasonal collections Use feedback and sales data to fine-tune assortments and help guide future direction Ensure that collections are delivered on time and meet quality and market standards 3. Marketing Support & Market Readiness Prepare collection briefs for the marketing team and ensure key messages are clear and consistent Support the roll-out of new collections in different markets, ensuring the sales and marketing teams have what they need Share insights and product knowledge to help drive engagement in key regions 4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Lead internal product presentations and training to align teams on seasonal launches Contribute to improving ways of working, helping to streamline processes and drive efficiency Keep an eye on competitor activity and market trends to help inform decisions What we’re looking for: 3–5 years of experience in product, merchandising—ideally in fashion or accessories A strong sense of commercial awareness and attention to detail Confidence managing projects and coordinating across departments A proactive mindset, with the ability to balance creativity and structure Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
