Health and Safety Administration Assistant
My client is a leading international civil engineering company, specialising in complex market segments such as Transportation, Energy, Tunnelling, Building, Civil and Structural Engineering.

Purpose of this role:
* To assist in the preparation and administration of documentation and record specifically for the health and Safety project Team (training skills matrix, monthly internal and external joint meeting reports, Themis uploads, etc)
* To produce and analyse trends of date
* Internal and external meeting minute production
* Other duties as agreed mutually with the Health, Safety Manager.
