Operating in a highly regulated, clean and technically advanced environment, this business is investing heavily in people, systems and state-of-the-art equipment to support rapid growth.
They now require an additional Production Manager with proven LEAN capability someone who can remove waste, improve flow, increase efficiency and embed world-class manufacturing standards across a modern, high-value production operation.
Joining a growing leadership team, you will lead from the front, driving performance, quality and continuous improvement.
The Role
You will take ownership of manufacturing performance, working closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to deliver:
1. On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) production performance
2. GMP-compliant operations
3. High-performing production teams
4. Efficient use of labour, materials and advanced machinery
