We focus on understanding our clients’ strategic and operational challenges and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. This includes working across multiple Salesforce clouds and platform capabilities to support complex business processes, data-driven decision making, and modern digital engagement models.
This is a consulting role with a strong balance between technical delivery, solution design, and client management. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned engagements, taking accountability for scope, requirements, solution design, and delivery outcomes.
You will be hands‑on across the delivery lifecycle, from pre‑sales and discovery through to build, testing, deployment, and adoption. The role requires you to operate confidently at both a detailed delivery level and a higher‑level solution and stakeholder management perspective, ensuring solutions are aligned to Salesforce platform best practices and client objectives.
What your days will look like:
* Owning and managing engagement deliverables across all aspects of Salesforce solution delivery
* Leading and facilitating discovery and design workshops to capture business requirements and define solution approaches
* Designing, reviewing, and validating Salesforce solution designs to ensure they meet functional, technical, and non‑functional requirements
* Managing and coordinating data migration and integration activities, working with internal teams and external systems, working within agile or hybrid delivery models in high‑performance delivery environments
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders and delivery partners, supporting pre‑sales activities, including solution shaping, estimation, and proposal development, contributing to the production and review of proposals to ensure technical accuracy and commercial viability
* Working collaboratively with commercial and engagement leadership teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery, supporting effective resourcing and delivery planning to balance client needs with commercial performance
* Maintaining relevant Salesforce certifications and remaining current with platform and product development, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal delivery methods, tools, and ways of working
This role is for you if:
* You have proven experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations with strong experience designing and configuring Salesforce solutions across one or more clouds
* You have a solid understanding of CRM and business process design with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
* You have the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Financial Services or Insurance industry experience would be a big plus
* Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise architecture concepts and Experience working with third‑party integrations such as e‑signature, telephony, or marketing platforms
* You hold the following accreditations Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud. The following certifications are also desirable Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce accredited Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant/Developer, Certified Agile Practitioner
