Business Administrator Administration and Business Support - Collingwood Court Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £29.120 Per Annum Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 40 Collingwood Care Home is a newly commissioned specialist care home in Clapham, London supporting adults with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. The home offers 80 en suite bedrooms across two floors and provides complex nursing care, specialist dementia care and residential mental health support within a safe and clinically led environment. Business Administrator £14.00 per hour Full time contract Pension, Paid DBS, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract The Role As Business Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day administration of the care home while helping to ensure systems, records and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the Home Manager and wider management team to support the smooth running of the service. You will act as a key point of contact for enquiries, visitors and professionals, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression for the home. Your role will involve managing administrative systems including resident documentation, staff records, payroll administration and internal databases. You will also support recruitment administration, onboarding processes and training records, ensuring information is accurately maintained. In addition, you will supervise Reception staff and support the organisation of office systems and processes to ensure the home operates efficiently. As part of a newly commissioned specialist service, you will help establish strong administrative systems and processes while supporting the management team in delivering a well organised and professional environment.
