Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a customer-focused and sales-driven Sales Advisor to join our Newport branch. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contribution is recognised and rewarded.
Key Duties
* Let storage rooms and office space to customers.
* Sell merchandise and promote additional services.
* Follow up on enquiries to convert leads into sales.
* Process card and BACS payments, supporting credit control as needed.
* Maintain excellent store presentation and ensure a clean, organised environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing sales, retail, or hospitality.
* Confident and competent using Microsoft Office.
* Flexible to work weekends as part of the rota.
* Reside within a 30-minute commute of Newport.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
* Proactive, hands-on approach with strong customer service skills.
