IT Trainer 3-month FTC Nottingham / Hybrid
£35,000 - £42,000 DOE+ Benefits
A growing professional services firm is hiring an experienced IT Trainer to support the design, development, and delivery of in-house training solutions. This brand-new role will work closely with Change, L&D, and Project teams to deliver both BAU and project-specific training. This role will require two days per week in their central Nottingham office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver IT Training strategy and materials across multiple formats
* Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback
* Support users post-implementation during system changes
* Administer and track training activities
Youll Need:
* Prior IT Training experience (legal sector preferential)
* Knowledge of complex systems and multiple software apps
* Passion for L&D and strong technical communication skills
* Training certifications (desirable)
