We are currently looking for both a both a full-time and a part-time chef to assist in creating quality, homemade, pub cuisine for which we are well-known.

We are located in Sledmere a picturesque village in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, nestled between the towns of Driffield and Malton. As there are limited transport links to Sledmere you will need your own means of getting to and from the pub.
The position involves split shifts, except on Sundays when we operate throughout the afternoon. Additional holiday coverage will also be required at times.
Responsibilities will include
* Backing up and supporting all kitchen staff by taking on food prep tasks.
* You will be responsible for stock control.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality control at all times.

Qualifications
* Background in hospitality
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen setting
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene
* Leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff
* Familiarity with restaurant operations and serving techniques
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
