Salary: Starting from £28,745.60 per annum (full-time equivalent, depending on qualification and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Watford Day Nursery!
Our Watford Day Nursery and Preschool is a well-resourced 92-place setting, rated 'Good' by Ofsted. It features engaging rooms and a spacious outdoor garden with building blocks, balance beams, and more, for outdoor learning. Located close to Watford town centre with excellent public transport links.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's needs to promote their development. You will foster a safe environment that encourages self-expression, engagement, and a love for learning.
What We’re Looking For
* Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
* Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
* Ability to build trust and effective partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
