The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Industry Placement Advisor to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis. This term‑time position is based mainly on our Strode’s College and Windsor College campuses.
Responsibilities
* Act as a bridge between the professional world and education, supporting students to acquire essential employability skills and secure high‑quality industry placements that meet college and awarding body criteria.
* Build strong partnerships by regularly visiting employers at their locations and working across our Strode’s and Windsor College campuses.
* Provide coaching to students to become work‑ready and facilitate the placement process from initial contact to completion.
* Maintain accurate records of placement activity and employer engagement.
* Represent the college at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience in a professional role such as retail, recruitment, account management or business development, with a passion for student development and helping young people launch their careers. A full driving licence and personal means of transport are required.
