At Langafel CE Primary we are looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant, with experience in Early Years/KS1/KS2 and in working with children with autism.
Candidates most suited to the post will have:
1. Experience of working with children in Early Years/KS1 and KS2
2. Experience of working with children with autism across the spectrum
3. Training for and/or experience of Little Wandle (or similar Phonics programme)
4. Positive, friendly and upbeat personality
5. Minimum of two years experience working as a Teaching Assistant
6. Knowledge of child protection/safeguarding
7. The ability to be proactive and flexible
8. Professional development/interest in SEN/ASD education.
