This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with speech and language needs, helping them build confidence and reach their full potential in a supportive environment.
About the Role
* Full-time position starting in September
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with speech and language difficulties
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO, class teachers, and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions
* Support the development of an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
* Monitor pupil progress and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience supporting children with speech and language needs (essential)
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* SEN-related training or qualifications (desirable)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
