We're after a passionate and experienced volunteer to be our new Head of Education Programmes. To lead the design, development, and delivery of all educational initiatives for our young people who are in KS1, KS2 and KS3.

To thrive in this role, you should have A strong passion for youth development and social change. Experience in education, programme management, or youth engagement (formal or informal). Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Creativity in designing educational content and strategy. A collaborative and inclusive leadership style. The ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. An understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to safe learning environments. What will you be doing?
As the Head of Education Programmes, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our educational vision. You will oversee the planning and implementation of learning experiences that are engaging, inclusive, and deeply impactful — spanning personal development, academic enrichment, life skills, and cultural awareness. Your responsibilities will include Designing and developing educational frameworks aligned with the organisation's mission. Leading the development of new programmes and improving existing ones. Building partnerships with schools, youth organisations, educators, and local authorities. Overseeing a team of volunteers and educators to ensure high-quality delivery. Monitoring impact and evaluating outcomes to continuously improve offerings. Ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in all educational efforts.
