Children’s Social Work Team Manager, Disabled Children’s Team, Leicestershire Pay rate to £42 per hour Contract role, CWD Team, Coalville We are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Work Team Manager in Leicestershire This is to manage a Disabled Children’s Team in the Coalville area. The Disabled Children’s Service consists of two social work teams led by a strong and experienced service manager. We are a Trauma Informed Service, responding to families who tell us how hard it is to navigate services and secure the help that they need. You will be responsible for providing leadership and management oversight to your team of social workers and accountable for how work is delivered. You will use performance data and audit to drive improvement and ensure that interventions are timely and consistently good quality. We want you to feel you are part of a wider management team, and you are expected to attend regular wider management team meetings with the senior team and Assistant Director.
