I am currently exclusively partnered with a growing global organisation who are looking to recruit an interim HR generalist into the team. We could look at this role at either coordinator or advisor level. This role is an initial 3 month contract, with the potential to be extended or even a permanent opportunity for the right person.
Your new role
In this role you will be providing support to the HR team, across employee lifecycle queries, recruitment, L&D and payroll.
* Be the first line of HR advice to colleagues for anything relating to the employee lifecycle
* Support with recruitment coordination
* Support the L&D programs and OD projects
* Payroll input for UK based staff, in partnership with the payroll provider
* Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring data is correct
* Note-taking for employee relations cases
* Support onboarding and the compliance process
