Fault finding on a wide range of rotating machinery. Strip, inspect and re-build machinery following pre-established work scopes. Equipment removal, installations, and commissioning activities. Perform alignment checks using DTls or Laser alignment equipment. Work to prescribed clearances or tolerances as dictated by Trillium specifications and engineering standards. Education & Experience: Recognised 4-year apprenticeship or NVQ level 3 mechanical qualification. Experience of working with and understanding the principles of various pump types. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. The ability to read and interpret measuring equipment. (Micrometres, verniers) Some experience with Rotating equipment such as gearboxes, turbines, electric motors and valves would be advantageous. Some understanding of the principles of Mechanical seals would be advantageous. Valid Offshore Survival Certificate would be advantageous. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
