OVERVIEW
Are you a Marketing superstar? Phoenix Beauty is continually expanding its portfolio of brands and is looking for a dynamic and driven Brand Manager to assist in building our Brands to achieve even greater success!
As a vital role within our company, you will be instrumental in building Brands, and make sure that the company meets its financial goals and Brand service standards, whilst managing budgets and driving sales.
SUMMARY OF JOB POSTION:
To support the Marketing Manager in all aspects of communicating your brands externally and internally, acting as a brand champion. Executing the day-to-day operations and 360 marketing alongside ad hoc project work as directed by the Marketing Manager.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
· Support the Marketing Manager in all aspects of communicating your portfolio of brands externally and internally, always acting as a brand champion.
· Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day management of brands across 360 marketing animation (including but not limited to trade, PR & Influencer, OOH, and training)
· Communication of brand plans with field management.
· Preparation and planning for retailer strategy meetings and distribution opportunities.
· Ad hoc projects as directed by Marketing Manager
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Marketing 360 Calendar: Work with the Marketing Manager to plan, implement and execute 360 Marketing calendar across the brand portfolio inline with company standards.
· Sales Management: Ensuring these are reflective of the UK Marketing Strategy.
· Brand Reporting: Manage brand weekly brand communications including the preparation of monthly brand reports, presenting these to brand where required.
· Trade Tools: Ensure all trade-marketing tools are available to field management. i.e. presentations, trade marketing calendar, point of sale material, order forms etc.
· Budget Management. Support Marketing Manager in the management and monitoring of the brand budgets and forecasts raising PO’s and supporting the company finance process.
· Merchandising: Ensure merchandising of Brands is in line with individual Brand Strategy and Guide lines.
· Promotion: Work with National Accounts team on promotion plans and direct Retail Merchandising Managers in the running of all in store activity and promotions providing decks quarterly to support.
· Sales Analysis: Ensure that sell in and sell out information is tracked especially for new launches and animations.
· Press Relationship: You will help develop and execute PR and influencer marketing plans to promote each brand / category and NPD
· Business opportunities: Identify and recommending category strategies to leverage them. Finally, working on executions, which bring to life and on time, brand strategies and initiatives.
· Data driven: Analyses the products and their success in store - be able to provide the senior team with clear analytical feedback on performance and future strategy.
· Communication: Regular communication to the field team to ensure effective execution of brand campaigns.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
· Degree educated, preferably business or marketing orientated subject
· Experience as a Brand Co-ordinator in Marketing /Promotional sector is a must
· Experience & Knowledge of UK fragrance market or Luxury Brands
· Fluent English, a knowledge of foreign languages an asset
· PC skills - excel, word, PowerPoint and outlook
· Numerate and analytical
· Excellent Communication Skills and ability to communicate with a variety stakeholders internally and externally
