This includes:Highly competitive bonus7% contribution towards your pensionComprehensive private medical and personal accident insurance plansInvestment in your training and development to encourage and support your career progression within the companyWhat Will You Be Doing?Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with consultant customers to ensure Daikin is specified in their projects.Sales Growth:Maximise sales opportunities and achieve agreed targets through face-to-face and virtual customer visits.Specification Development:Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to deliver high-quality project specifications and expand Daikins product range.Customer Support:Act as the first point of contact for consultant firms, providing technical expertise and guidance.Pipeline Management:Own and manage project pipelines, track progress in CRM, and ensure accurate reporting.Training & Upskilling:Deliver technical presentations and CPD sessions to enhance customer knowledge of Daikin products and industry legislation.The Ideal Candidate:You will bring hands-on HVAC experience and ideally have worked as a Consultant Development Manager, giving you a strong foundation in specification and project development. With a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, you demonstrate strong external sales experience and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Your excellent communication and presentation skills enable you to engage and influence decision-makers effectively, while your high level of organisation and self-drive ensures you manage your time and projects efficiently.
