Service & Maintenance Operations Manager, based remotely in the UK. In this role, you will manage all service and maintenance operations, leading a team of operations staff based in Kendal, managing over 100 service contracts across the EMEA region.
What a typical day looks like:
Monitor and report progress and performance of Service and Maintenance works throughout EMEA
Implement appropriate KPIs which demonstrate the performance of the business from a Profit & Loss, SHEQ, Customer Satisfaction, Workload Forecasting and Resource Loading perspective etc.
Identify improvements and develop ways of working for service and maintenance contracts
Measure costs and drive changes needed
Evaluate equipment used and the effectiveness, making recommendations as necessary
Evaluate potential software to drive improvements and change
Work with the Head of CPS Sales to identify potential growth of the service and maintenance operations
Ensure all CPS works are planned accordingly
Manage and oversee service contract reviews
Make yourself aware of and ensure compliance with all the Companys applicable management systems, policies, and procedures
Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of service contracts
Review project costs against time spent onsite
Sign Off Subcontractor Cost Tables and carry out Subcontractor cost reviews
The experience were looking to add to our team:
Proven leadership experience in a service and maintenance-based role
Understanding of the critical power industry would be advantageous
Strong track record of delivering multiple contracts varying in value, in excess of £1 Million
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed
Must hold UK driving license
