Content Creator & Social Media Manager
Location: Chester (office-based with travel to client sites in Chester, Wirral, Bath & flexible home working)
Hours: 16–32 hours per week (potential for full-time)
Salary: £12.60 per hour (National Living Wage) + Bonus Scheme & Signing Bonus

We are expanding and looking for a driven, creative, and quick-learning Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team.
Role Overview
The role will be varied depending on your skillset, but at its core you will:
* Create high-quality, professional imagery and content for both Polar Socials and our clients.
* Capture behind-the-scenes content, create engaging and educational posts, and manage publishing schedules.
* Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms, including copywriting, strategy, and scheduling.
* Visit client locations across Chester, Wirral (Hoylake), and occasionally Bath, to capture or manage content.
* Work collaboratively with the team at our Chester office (particularly at the start of the day), with flexibility to work from home and on client sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Content creation: photography, videography, design, and written content.
* Social media management: posting, scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
* Supporting client marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Website content updates and basic design/maintenance (Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify).
* Brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and sales funnels.
* Delivering work at speed while maintaining professionalism and quality.
Desired Skills (not all essential, training provided)
* Photography & videography (including editing & colour grading).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
* CapCut or other video editing tools.
* Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager.
* Website design/management (Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify).
* Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT.
* Understanding of marketing strategies, sales funnels, and e-commerce.
