Position: Exams Officer (Full-Time, Permanent)
Full time – 37 hours per week 52 weeks a year (permanent)
Salary in the range £26,666 - £30,960 per annum (spine point 10-15)

About The Role
You will join a well-established Exams Team to oversee all aspects with the administration and organisation of public and internal examinations ensuring the relevant Awarding Bodies and JCQ regulatory requirements are met.
About You
* You will have experience of working with a school or college exams team or similar
* You will be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, highly organised and able to work methodically, accurately and to tight deadlines
* You will have a professional and customer focused approach to all aspects of your work
* You will demonstrate the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, students and external customers in a confident manner
* Experience of student records systems will be beneficial
Although the average hours for the post are 37 per week, you will be required to work in excess of these hours in the approach to, and during, the main exam season which is typically from March to the end of June. Time off in lieu will then be given at other times.
