Job Description
Please Note: This role will be onsite 5 days a week.
Overview:
The TechEx Operations Analyst is responsible for providing a high class of IT Support to clients within the UK offices but also to the global userbase. This role requires flexibility which may mean supporting multiple sites within the UK with occasional out of hours work to support projects and other initiatives. This role will provide desktop support as well as enterprise systems engagement support for multiple business units. The role will be responsible for providing critical support to areas requiring immediate assistance based on the nature of the business they conduct (Production, Broadcast, Digital, News, Film, etc). The analyst will also be expected to participate in a shift rotation that will see them working across multiple disciplines such as but not limited to:
* Build Room
* AV Support
* Broadcast and Production support
* Infrastructure Smart Hands
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong focus on customer service.
* The ability to take the initiative and work proactively.
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve root cause.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically. Ability to communicate actions clearly & succinctly and/or next steps.
* A strong sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task effectively.

* Strong understanding of Asset Management practices.
* Strong ability to follow and execute on processes and standard operating procedures.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, working independently and as part of a team in a collaborative manner.
* Ability to take accountability for and action items and requests even if outside ofdirect control, following up and leaving nothing to chance.
* Experience in following Cyber Security protocols and guiding users on best practices.
* Supporting Productions and Broadcast remotely or on-site.
* Acting as smart hands for Infrastructure teams such as patching/server room maintenance.
* Participating in a shift rota for CNBC average of 1-in-7 weeks, 5am-12.30pm.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 3+ Years’ experience providing IT support inclient facing roles for all levels of staff in a medium to large organisation with a global footprint.
* Experience supporting current technology including:
* Virtualized workstation and cloud workspace technologies.
* Advanced knowledge and experience supporting O365 Ecosystem for both MAC and PC, particularly Azure AD, Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
* Desktop and Laptop security encryption for Mac and PC such as Bitlocker.
* Active Directory Management.
* ServiceNow.
* Basic Networking experience (TCIP, LAN/WAN, Network Topology).
* Servers and Storage as it pertains to desktop support.
* Support for hardware such as Windows Desktops, Apple devices, tablets and smartphones.
* Experience in understanding and supporting AV spaces such as setting up meetings and performing 1st line troubleshooting for devices such as Cisco, Crestron and Logitech MTR rooms.
* Experience of DEP (Device Enrolment Programs).
* Experience of MS Endpoint Manager (InTune).
* Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in EU.
* Ability to travel globally.
