An opportunity has arisen within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability for a Graduate/Technician to join our Roads service on a permanent basis.
NRS brings together a diverse range of Glasgow City Council operational, technical and development services that focus on sustainable transport, place making and delivering essential city services.

Position Details
It is essential that candidates have a Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent, are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, as well as being self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of contract compilation and administration and a current UK full driving licence are also essential.
You should have the ability to cope with pressure, be organised within operational team to ensure deadlines of met. You should also manage your own performance as well as your teams’ goals.

Contract Details
Weekly Hours: 35
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday
Annual Salary: £36,.27 - £42,.40 on an incremental scale
Additional Payments: In addition to the annual salary the role attracts a working context & demand (WCD) payment of £ per annum.
