Role: Business Development Manager Location: South Yorkshire/Derbyshire Salary: £50K/£60K + Package & Commission The Business Development Manager is a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for leading the commercial and client-facing functions of the business, including account management, business development, & customer service The role is to drive strategic relationships, develop new business opportunities, and oversee the sales handover process to operations to secure profitable construction scheme upto the value of £20m. The role is pivotal in aligning sales with the company's commercial objectives, customer expectations, and growth strategy.
