* Will have experience of dealing with a wide range of local authority litigation matters.
* Will be able to work independent and within a team
* Will possess excellent communication skills
* Be able to provide expert legal advice across a range of litigation matters
* Strong advocacy and negotiation skill
* Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
