Customer Account Manager
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £28,000 £30,000 DOE + Monthly Bonus
Hybrid working available once trained

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who is looking to focus on managing and developing existing client relationships - with no outbound sales involved.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts
* Ensure service levels and client expectations are consistently met
* Respond to enquiries via phone and email
* Provide quotes and secure necessary approvalsKeep clients updated on job progress and scheduling
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow account value
* Prepare reports and attend client meetings
* Complete associated administrative tasks
Qualifications
* At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role within an office environment
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
