Transport Operations Supervisor.
Location: Weston-super-Mare
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts:
Week 1: 06:00 - 15:00
Week 2: 11:30 - 20:30
Additional: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota. On-call duties may be required on weekdays and weekends, with time off in lieu provided before and after weekend on-call shifts.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to expand their transport team with a professional and motivated Transport Operations Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage daily transport operations, including scheduling and route planning.
2. Liaise with customers and drivers both in person and over the phone.
3. Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations and incident investigations.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including driver hours, telematics, mileage, and DBS checks.
5. Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and external partners via phone, email, and in person.
