Job Title: Interim Deputy Director of Care
Salary: £75,000
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
6-month contract with possibility to extend to permanent.
We are delighted to be working with a fantastic charity based just outside of High Wycombe. We are looking for an experienced Interim Deputy Director of Care to support the charity through a large period of change as the organisation looks to grow.
To be considered for this great opportunity, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience as outlined below.
* Experience in a similar position.
* Significant experience in oversight of Multi-site residential services
* 5+ years’ experience with service users with Learning difficulties, complex needs and challenging behaviours.
* Fantastic business acumen, with the ability to manage large commercial strategies and budgets.
* Be able to work closely and cross-functionally with various departments.
* Possess strong values based leadership and management qualities.
* Communicate professionally with visitors including family and friends.
* Outstanding understanding of CQC compliance.

* pressure.
