Salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with this dynamic, fast growing and entrepreneurial organisation in their search for a Personal Assistant. We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Personal Assistantto support a dynamic and high energy executive across both professional and personal spheres.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
* Managing complex business calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries
* Handling confidential correspondence and sensitive matters with total discretion
* Organising private travel, appointments, events, and household admin
* Acting as the gatekeeper and go-to problem solver for all things big and small
* Liaising with internal teams, clients, and personal contacts seamlessly
* Making the impossible possible
Criteria:
* A seasoned PA, unflappable under pressure (both work and private PA experience required)
* Discreet, loyal, and utterly trustworthy
* A natural multitasker who loves organisation and hates loose ends
* Confident with tech, calendars, travel booking, and top-tier communication
* Comfortable liaising with people at all levels.
* Hands on and happy to role their sleeves up!
