Overview
Collaborate closely with vehicle and product designers to translate design direction into three-dimensional solutions. Design across a wide range of objects including vehicle details, EV infrastructure, and branded accessories. Take initial creative concepts through detailed development into feasible and manufacturable outcomes. Balance creative flair with functional, material, and production considerations. Work across departments and stakeholders to ensure coherence with brand positioning and design intent.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in 3D design from both agency and corporate environments.
* Proven track record of delivering 3D solutions across multiple product lines.
* Deep sensitivity to form, function, and user interaction.
* Strong understanding of material, production, and manufacturing processes.
* Proficiency in Alias, Blender, or Rhino for digital modelling.
* Realtime rendering skills using Keyshot or similar; Unreal Engine experience a plus.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
