RoleOverview:
To supportthe client facing account team working in the client head office inproviding a service that focuses on putting the customer first,delivering against agreed SLA's and KPI's at all times. Yourprimary focus will be to turn client requirements into right firsttime briefs into our production teams and assisting the SeniorAccount Manager in dealing with queries. You will support theclient teams in managing projects from start to finish ensuringthey are
flawlessly moved through the business to provideclient satisfaction. Be pro-active in your approach, helping theaccount and production teams, meeting all businessobjectives.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Takeclient requirements and produce accurate briefs into the productionteam in a timely manner.
* Keeps an up to dateWork in Progress document for all jobs going through the businesskeeping both relevant internal and external stake holders up todate on progress.
* Support in project managingjobs from start to finish, paying attention to detail and beingmindful of client requirements and businessneeds.
* Continually looking at processimprovements that will benefit the client and thebusiness.*
* Support the client teams withproducing weekly and monthlyreports.
* Continually look for otheropportunities within your client base and ask for support fromother team members as and when needed to 'sell' thesein.
* Attend client / internal briefing meetingswhen required.
* Work closely with production,acting as the conduit between teams to ensure seamlessdelivery.
* Take part in pre-production meetingsfor all key projects
* Ensure that all jobs forthe team are invoiced in a timely manner
* Ensurethat all your client and business information is kept up to dateand accurate at all times.
* Work with the clientteam to create or amend any required reporting or documents for theclient and business.
* Understanding of the print/ Out of Home industry an advantage
* Experiencewithin a client facing role
* Ability to buildand develop excellent relationships with internal and externalstakeholders
* Good spoken and writtencommunication skills
* Good people skills andexperience of working with a range of colleagues andclients
* Good organisational and time managementskills
* Confident with a professionalmanner
* Cooperative and flexible inapproach
* Responsive to change and adaptable todifferent work situations
* Ability to work underpressure and to tight deadlines
* Displays apositive 'can do' attitude
