Senior Project Quantity Surveyor
Lead commercial delivery on major civils projects across the UK & Ireland.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll take full commercial ownership of high-value civils projects - from early cost planning to final account. This role is hands-on, strategic, and central to project success.
Your responsibilities include:
* Leading commercial delivery across earthworks, deep digs, roads & highways
* Managing cost plans, forecasts, valuations, and financial reporting
* Running procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration
* Handling variations, compensation events, and change control
* Advising teams on NEC/JCT contracts and commercial risk
* Working closely with planners, estimators, engineers, and site teams
* Travelling 3 nights per week, with 1 hybrid day for flexibility
* Closing out projects with clean, timely final accounts

Who You Are
You're an experienced QS with strong civils exposure and the confidence to lead commercial delivery. You're proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable being the commercial voice on major projects.
You'll thrive here if you have:

* Strong NEC/JCT knowledge
* Ability to manage commercial risk and stakeholder relationships
