Teaching Personnel – Autism Support (1:1 KS1) Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a 1:1 Autism Support Assistant within a Key Stage 1 setting. Role Details: Position: 1:1 Autism Support Assistant Location: DH3 Key Stage: KS1 Start Date: ASAP / Flexible Responsibilities: Provide tailored support for a pupil with autism on a one-to-one basis. Assist with learning activities and help the pupil access the curriculum. Support social, emotional and communication development. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies and personalised plans. Promote a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment. Requirements: Experience supporting children with autism or additional needs (desirable). Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
